Rap veteran Stogie T was booed off stage at the recently concluded SA Hip Hop Awards which held during the weekend. Stogie T claimed to have inspired several rappers including Cassper Nyovest and Riky Rick during his speech which led to criticism.
Both artistes in fact took to social media to criticize him. In familiar fashion, Kwesta has nothing but love for Stogie T. He wrote on social media, “Thank you for your decades of devotion to the craft & culture.#OnGod one of the pioneers that made my success & SA Hip Hop possible. You sacrificed it all so I’d never have to work a day in my life & still put food on the table. Thanks to your generation #HipHopSavedMyLife!”
