For the past two years, the condo association says Juelz hasn’t paid his $1,041 a month in HOA fees for his property.
The group says that the rapper owes $18,099 for unpaid payments from July 2018 to March 2020, another $9,375 for “accelerated” maintenance costs by the end of the year, expenses for attorneys, special judgments, and late fees for a total of $33,577.
And they put a lien on his real estate.
Juelz Santana is currently in Virginia’s federal prison and will be released in February 2021. He (and Kimbella) purchased the house back in 2005 but the pair from Love & Hip Hop struggled to hold it out of foreclosure.
And for Kimbella the situation is getting even worse.
Juelz’s aunt, Kimbella, was forced to move out of the couple’s New Jersey home last year after the property was foreclosed and Chase Bank purchased it at a 2018 mortgage sale.
